Working with De La Riva Construction on commercial projects has been a solid experience all around. As an electrical subcontractor, coordination and communication make or break a job, and their team keeps things running smooth from start to finish. They stay on top of scheduling, keep the job site organized, and are easy to work with when it comes to changes or problem-solving in the field. It makes a big difference being on a project where the GC is proactive and actually respects the trades. Overall, professional crew, good leadership, and jobs that stay moving. Definitely a contractor we look forward to working with again.

This space has transformed! The turnaround time was so insanely fast I couldn't believe it lol. I'm not sure how they got these custom windows and doors to get in so fast but they looked identical to what was already there. We added two new rooms to this space which originally only had one separate room. They are very detailed as well. Would definitely recommend! Joe is super friendly and honest which I really appreciated!
